Want to help grow and market Ride the Willapa 2017? We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator!
Last year we had more than 200 people join the first-ever Willapa Hills Trail Fat Tire Ride & Festival. From Tacoma to Raymond and other points in the Northwest, families, friends and more experienced the beauty of the Willapa Hills Trail, the bounty of the Tour de Farms and the hospitality of the Chehalis and Pe Ell communities.
We want more people to find out about the trail and join us in the second year for Ride the Willapa 2017!
The marketing coordinator position will be responsible for getting the word out on the upcoming ride, generating community and corporate partnerships, and more! We’ve attached a document that contains all pertinent details, including instructions on how to submit a proposal for this job.
Family-friendly and easy to ride, the Willapa Hills Trail in southwest Lewis County is beckoning. Lewis County Community Trails invites you and your family to come join the First Annual Willapa Hills Trail Fat Tire Ride and Festival, June 25-26.
Ride along one of Washington state’s newest rail-to-trail corridors that passes by beautiful farmlands and through gorgeous forests. A 46-mile journey over two days is met in the middle with a festival and overnight camping in Pe Ell, Washington.
The entire family is invited, too. Any hills on the course are very gradual, and the trail itself features more than enough width for two or three people to ride side-by-side.
Make sure to stop in to the Tour De Farms as well, where five local farms will invite you in for a variety of cool and fun activities, with locally-made goods for sale! And if you’re in need of a snack, Organic Valley will provide free milk, cheese and protein bars thanks to Rosecrest Farms and Organic Valley!
