The Port of Centralia comprises two industrial parks, Park I and Park II, and one mixed-use development called Centralia Station. Both parks adhere to the Port of Centralia’s Master Plan and have multimodal transportation access. The Port offers industrial sites ranging from one to 100 acres with a wide variety of options including land lease, build-to-suit, and outright sales. The Port of Centralia’s latest project, Centralia Station, is a master-planned mixed-used development. It will include office, tech warehouse, and commercial space as well as medical facilities, community college facilities, and athletic fields, restaurants, retail space, and public recreational space.
